Digital Photography

2010 ---   The current version is 8.0 Photoshop Elements 8.0
We normaly don't upgrade unless the newer version has some feature we want.

For our trip to Utah earlier this year we added a couple of circular polarized filters to our collection of photography equipment.

The EOS Rebel T1i is packed with features, both refined and new. In addition to its admirable performance with an all-new 15.1Megapixel Canon CMOS sensor, DIGIC 4Image Processor, a 3.0inch Clear View LCD with anti-reflective and scratch-resistant coating, and compatibility with the EOS System of lenses and Speedlites, the EOS Rebel T1i adds remarkable Full HD video capture at resolutions up to 1920x 1080.

Upgraded to Adobe Photolements 7.0

We built our catalog on a 250 Gig external drive as P: so whatever system we

connect the drive to it's found by PhotoElements therefore we only maintain one copy of the picture.

In addition we have added software Active@Disk Image to backup our drives

http://www.disk-image.net/  We back up our systems C: and other drives to a 1.5 Tb  external drive.

Software: Photoshop CS & Photoshop Elements 4.0

Having used both Photoshop CS and Photoshop Elements 4.0 it is my opinion that the

Photoshop elements is a GREAT by and with it's cataloging ability the best bang for the buck.
